Adopt-A-Less-Adoptable-Pet-Week!!

What is Adopt a Less Adoptable Pet Week? This week is sponsored by Petfinder and it is for all those animals out there that are seniors, FIV+ cats, HW+ dogs or disabled pets. This week is about them and to help them get promoted! So, here are a few from the Burlington County Animal Shelter! Pass their information along to anyone you know that might be interested! They are all looking for their forever homes!!

This handsome boy is Denzel and he is an FIV+ cat that has had a rough time of it. His former owner was unable to pay his medical bills after he was attacked by a dog. So, poor Denzel here has ended up with no tail, no home and no family. Even though he has had a tough time of it he is a super sweet boy that loves to be given attention! Denzel's ID # is 42837.

This here is Marley and he is one of the older cats at 6 years old, still waiting at the shelter. He is a very handsome black cat with really cool yellow eyes. He is a very friendly, happy boy who likes to be petted. Marley's ID # is 42548.

This is Chico and he is the oldest cat at the shelter at about 13 years old. His former owner says he is very affectionate, friendly and loves to play. He is a big boy but is super gentle and declawed. Chico's ID # is 43561.

Blaze is a 2 year old White Stafford Terrier that has been tested + for heart worm however he is being treated. He needs to go to a home that does not have other animals. He is well trained. Check out his video on Petfinder.com! Blaze's ID # is 40481.

This is Rachel and she is one of the older dogs at the shelter. She is 12 years old and good with children. Rachel is leash trained, loves toys and attention. She does prefer to be the only animal is the house. Rachel's ID # is 40554.

All these great pets are at the Burlington County Animal Shelter.
