October is Black Cat Month

Please click on the title above and read an article by Franny Syufy about black cats. Once you learn all about them and how great they are come to the Burlington County Animal Shelter. There are a lot of wonderful black cats to choose from. Please come and see these cats yourself and pass their information along to anyone you know to help these great cats get homes before it is too late!! Here are pictures of a few.

Benny is an all-black short haired cutie who's about a year old and has still got the energy of a kitten. He's a sweet boy who is curious and excited about new things, and loves to play and bounce around. He likes people and will happily give you licks when you give him attention! Benny's ID # is 42831.

Diego has gorgeous yellow eyes and a sleek black coat. He's about a year old and is very playful and curious about the world around him. If you take him home with you he could expand his horizons and grow up to be even more fabulous than he already is. Diego's ID # is 43678.

Halo is a handsome 1-year-old boy with short and glossy all-black fur and golden eyes.Halo's former owner says he's a friendly but cautious kitty who likes being petted and playing with his toys. Halo is a little shy, but he's very much a calm sweetheart who loves to cuddle with people and adores being petted. Halo's ID # is 43696.

Elvis is a very handsome, glossy, all-black 1-year-old boy who is such a sweetheart! Elvis didn't mind being awoken from his nap, and started purring as soon as he saw me. He's a very affectionate boy who adores being petted and given love. Elvis's ID # is 44367.

All these great pets are waiting at the Burlington County Animal Shelter.
